Overview

These terms apply to all services provided by Frielance Media.

By engaging our services, you agree to the following:

Scope of Work

All work is delivered as outlined in the agreed package or proposal.

Content is created using structured formats to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Any additional work outside of scope may be quoted separately.

Revisions

All projects include one round of revisions.

Additional revisions may incur an additional fee.

Payment

Payment terms will be agreed prior to the start of the project.

Work may not begin until payment (or deposit) is received.

For ongoing work, payment is required monthly in advance.

Turnaround

Timelines will be agreed at the start of the project.

Delays in feedback or approvals may affect delivery timelines.

Content Usage

Final content is provided for use by the client as agreed.

Frielance Media retains the right to use content for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed, Frielance Media retains ownership of all raw files and project assets.

Final delivered content is licensed for use by the client.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information and feedback

• Ensuring they have rights to any materials supplied

• Approving content in a timely manner

Cancellation

Projects or retainers may be cancelled with at least 30 days’ notice.

Work already completed or scheduled may still be chargeable.

Liability

Frielance Media will not be held liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of content.

Data & Privacy

We handle all data and content in line with our Privacy Policy and Data Storage Policy.

Updates

These terms may be updated from time to time.
